Narrative:
Location: bpr 5 arrival near pivit intersection. Level at 11000 ft and being vectored to dfw from the west. Received TCASII TA alert followed immediately by a TCASII RA command. Traffic was 11 O'clock and climbing approximately 5 mi ahead. He appeared to climb above 10000 ft to an altitude of 10400 ft which caused the RA. We climbed per TCASII to 11500 ft, then returned to 11000 ft. Advised ATC of situation.
