Narrative:
After takeoff at approximately 1000 ft 'right air-conditioning supply temperature high' light illuminated followed by right engine fire light. Right engine fire light extinguished after throttle was reduced. We declared an emergency with equipment standing by. An overweight landing was made with no incident. Maintenance found a ruptured high pressure pneumatic duct on top of the right engine.
