Narrative:

Mr X and I departed peachtree city, FCC. On the left seat was mr X. I sat right seat. After several touch and goes in the pattern at FCC, we left the pattern and headed toward newman, GA. We returned to FCC without landing at newman and executed two additional touch and goes. On the third approach, we discussed aircraft procedures, but were distracted by another aircraft overhead and a different aircraft departing the ffc runway. The approach proceeded normally until landing. At touchdown a loud scraping noise was heard. The propeller struck the runway and stopped turning and the aircraft skidded to a stop 1/2 the distance down runway 13. This occurrence was an 'incident' and not an 'accident' requiring reporting to the NTSB.
