Narrative:
A massive electrical failure caused activation of all aural warnings (terrain, too low, flaps, pull up ---) as well as loss of landing gear indications. We initiated a go around, but crew communication was interrupted due to loss of intercom. Upon climb out, gear selector lever was locked down, could not raise gear. We requested vectors for another approach and priority landing. Communication was limited to #1 radio and there was confusion with ATC due to another aircraft with similar call sign blocking and answering our calls. Captain declared emergency but evidently was not heard due to radio failure. We received priority to land and landed uneventfully. Our call sign was aacc, other aircraft's call sign was abcc. Supplemental information from acn 345631: we finally figured out that, with communication #1 selected, we were transmitting on communication #2 and at this point we regained communication with departure control.

Title: AN ACR LTT RPTS AN ACFT EQUIP PROB MASSIVE ELECTRICAL FAILURE THAT CAUSED ALL AURAL WARNINGS TO SOUND, THE LOSS OF THE LNDG GEAR DOWN INDICATION AND INTERCOM AS WELL AS A TEMPORARY LOSS OF RADIO COM. EMER DECLARED BUT PROBABLY NOT ACKNOWLEDGED DUE TO COM FAILURE.
Narrative: A MASSIVE ELECTRICAL FAILURE CAUSED ACTIVATION OF ALL AURAL WARNINGS (TERRAIN, TOO LOW, FLAPS, PULL UP ---) AS WELL AS LOSS OF LNDG GEAR INDICATIONS. WE INITIATED A GAR, BUT CREW COM WAS INTERRUPTED DUE TO LOSS OF INTERCOM. UPON CLB OUT, GEAR SELECTOR LEVER WAS LOCKED DOWN, COULD NOT RAISE GEAR. WE REQUESTED VECTORS FOR ANOTHER APCH AND PRIORITY LNDG. COM WAS LIMITED TO #1 RADIO AND THERE WAS CONFUSION WITH ATC DUE TO ANOTHER ACFT WITH SIMILAR CALL SIGN BLOCKING AND ANSWERING OUR CALLS. CAPT DECLARED EMER BUT EVIDENTLY WAS NOT HEARD DUE TO RADIO FAILURE. WE RECEIVED PRIORITY TO LAND AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. OUR CALL SIGN WAS AACC, OTHER ACFT'S CALL SIGN WAS ABCC. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 345631: WE FINALLY FIGURED OUT THAT, WITH COM #1 SELECTED, WE WERE XMITTING ON COM #2 AND AT THIS POINT WE REGAINED COM WITH DEP CTL.
