Narrative:

We had been issued a clearance to descend and maintain 6000 ft. The captain was the PF, the autoplt was engaged. Approaching 10500 ft at 350 KIAS and a descent rate of 6000 FPM I realized he was not going to slow to 250 KIAS at 10000 ft. I told him we needed to level and slow. Using the autoplt to level, we slowed to 250 KTS by 8700 ft. His response: 'I forgot I wasn't in an F16.'

Narrative: WE HAD BEEN ISSUED A CLRNC TO DSND AND MAINTAIN 6000 FT. THE CAPT WAS THE PF, THE AUTOPLT WAS ENGAGED.
