Passenger complained of numbness and slurring of speech, possible stroke. Air carrier medical was consulted. Oxygen given to passenger. We declared medical emergency. We decided continuing to phl was as quick as diverting to mdt. We got priority handling with vectors to visual final.

Narrative: PAX COMPLAINED OF NUMBNESS AND SLURRING OF SPEECH, POSSIBLE STROKE. ACR MEDICAL WAS CONSULTED. OXYGEN GIVEN TO PAX. WE DECLARED MEDICAL EMER. WE DECIDED CONTINUING TO PHL WAS AS QUICK AS DIVERTING TO MDT. WE GOT PRIORITY HANDLING WITH VECTORS TO VISUAL FINAL.
