Narrative:
Agent handed us a weight and balance indicating passenger load of 12 first class/101 coach with add on tolerance of 4 passenger. Actual count was 12 first class/106 coach. I asked for new paperwork. If I did not insist on counts, my flight would have been conducted illegally. Airline still doesn't do passenger counts.

Narrative: AGENT HANDED US A WT AND BAL INDICATING PAX LOAD OF 12 FIRST CLASS/101 COACH WITH ADD ON TOLERANCE OF 4 PAX. ACTUAL COUNT WAS 12 FIRST CLASS/106 COACH. I ASKED FOR NEW PAPERWORK. IF I DID NOT INSIST ON COUNTS, MY FLT WOULD HAVE BEEN CONDUCTED ILLEGALLY. AIRLINE STILL DOESN'T DO PAX COUNTS.
