Narrative:
At madrid, spain, we were assigned and flew the bermi 1C SID. We flew the SID dated oct xx 1996. We crossed acd at 6500 ft MSL, 25O KTS and were climbing to FL130 (cleared). At needle swing (both ADF's), turned to 240 degrees to intercept the 248 outbound. Controller called and stated 'turn to 240 degrees, you violated SID.' we questioned what phase, and were told minimum altitude. We stated we were in the turn and above 5000 ft. He said in any event call madrid control, good day.
