Narrative:
On final approach while configuring the aircraft, the 'a' hydraulic system failed. We electrically lowered the flaps to 15 degrees, broke out of the WX near minimums and landed. Came to a stop on the runway and were towed back to the gate by a company tug.

Title: MLG ACFT ON APCH IN IMC LOST 'A' SYS HYDS. FLC LANDED, STOPPED AND HAD TUG TOW ACFT TO GATE.
Narrative: ON FINAL APCH WHILE CONFIGURING THE ACFT, THE 'A' HYD SYS FAILED. WE ELECTRICALLY LOWERED THE FLAPS TO 15 DEGS, BROKE OUT OF THE WX NEAR MINIMUMS AND LANDED. CAME TO A STOP ON THE RWY AND WERE TOWED BACK TO THE GATE BY A COMPANY TUG.
