Narrative:
Second assist hand RAIL missing on ATR72 passenger entry and deplaning stairs. Passenger on flight cmh to ord was deplaning the aircraft in ord and slipped and fell down the stairs of the aircraft. She skinned up both legs and bruised them, and tore her nylons. She did not want medical assistance, said she was alright. The walker was standing at the bottom of stairs on right side of the stairs and he assisted her, and helped her. I did not see what had happened until he was already helping her. I was deplaning passenger and passenger were lined up on the stairs behind her and I couldn't really see. When I realized the line wasn't moving, I glanced around passenger to see to the bottom of the stairs. I saw him helping her up.
