Narrative:
ATC facility: ord approach control. Location: ord 180-020. Aircraft was cleared to descend to 7000 ft MSL. At approximately 1000 ft above a heading change was issued. The PF anticipated further descent clearance with this call and inadvertently descended below the assigned altitude by approximately 300 ft. The PF immediately recovered the aircraft to the assigned altitude of 7000 ft MSL.

Narrative: ATC FACILITY: ORD APCH CTL. LOCATION: ORD 180-020. ACFT WAS CLRED TO DSND TO 7000 FT MSL. AT APPROX 1000 FT ABOVE A HEADING CHANGE WAS ISSUED. THE PF ANTICIPATED FURTHER DSCNT CLRNC WITH THIS CALL AND INADVERTENTLY DSNDED BELOW THE ASSIGNED ALT BY APPROX 300 FT. THE PF IMMEDIATELY RECOVERED THE ACFT TO THE ASSIGNED ALT OF 7000 FT MSL.
