Narrative:

Routine IFR flight plan into dfw from hot. Low visibility and fog led to missed approach at dfw. Continued to alternate which resulted in missed approach. Continued to hot, attempted ILS approach resulting in missed approach. Declared low fuel emergency and proceeded to lit. We were able to successfully execute ILS runway 4R into lit.
