Narrative:
Landed runway 22 at evv. Heavy snowshower prior to our arrival but runway 22 had been cleared just before we landed. Braking action reported fair to good. We landed runway 22 and reported braking action good. Encountered heavy snowfall 1/2 way down runway 22 while taxiing. Txwys had heavy snow with patches of ice. I was taxiing with extreme caution and very slowly due to poor visibility from snowfall. Winds were 230 degrees at 15 KTS, quite strong and while turning onto taxiway a, wind pushed tail of aircraft and we lost traction so that aircraft pivoted slightly and we could not continue taxi due to resultant position of aircraft on taxiway, and our suspicion of being on ice. Called operations, passenger and bags removed. Called for tug and aircraft towed to gate. No damage to aircraft was incurred. No injuries to passenger.
