Narrative:
Aircraft arriving at oak executing an ILS runway 11 approach are told to cross plaza at 1800 ft. This crossing restr does not provide separation from another sector's airspace by the one and one half, 1000 ft required by the 7110.65. This was reported to bay TRACON management and they have done nothing. It is an ongoing problem with every plane making the approach.
