Narrative:

On jan/xy/97 aircraft took off from XXX. During takeoff the flight crew was unable to retract the nose gear. After returning to XXX, it was discovered that the nose gear pin was still installed. Aircraft was released from xchk out of dock. As per de-dock job card, I proceeded to remove the landing gear pins from the left and right main landing gears. A second mechanic, also assigned to dock, went into the nose gear area to remove the nose gear pin. Then I proceeded to sign off the paperwork.
