Narrative:

We were flying at FL190 and told to expedite to 9000 ft and did not reset altimeters to local setting. We checked standby altimeter and noted mistake and corrected to proper altimeter setting and altitude. ATC did query our altitude while we were correcting. Human performance: next to last leg of an 8 hour flying day, which included inclement WX all day. Also diversions to an alternate early. It was a day where nothing went right. Supplemental information from acn 361324: several delays. Duty day in excess of 12 hours.
