Narrative:
During climb off of bil, low whistle (indication of small cabin pressure leak) occurred at 12000 ft, continued through leveloff at FL210. Cabin then lost all pressure. Center was advised and airplane was returned to bil without further trouble.

Title: DEP CLBING TFC ATX ACFT LOSES PRESSURE SLOWLY, AS IN A SMALL LEAK. PLT ELECTS TO RETURN LAND AFTER LOSING ALL PRESSURE AT FL210.
Narrative: DURING CLB OFF OF BIL, LOW WHISTLE (INDICATION OF SMALL CABIN PRESSURE LEAK) OCCURRED AT 12000 FT, CONTINUED THROUGH LEVELOFF AT FL210. CABIN THEN LOST ALL PRESSURE. CTR WAS ADVISED AND AIRPLANE WAS RETURNED TO BIL WITHOUT FURTHER TROUBLE.
