Narrative:
First officer was out of cockpit to use bathroom. Captain received clearance to cross radds intersection at 15000 ft. Captain put 15000 ft over sei VOR by mistake into the FMC. After crossing radds intersection at FL230, center asked if a clearance had been issued to cross radds intersection at 15000 ft. Crew then realized the mistake and descended. ATC advised there was no conflict with traffic, but wanted to see if past controller had issued clearance.
