Narrative:
Complete loss of electrical failure. Attempted landing, clw. On landing, right main gear collapsed. Went around, no damage. Went to pie. Circled to the west about 10 mins. Thought I got green light (from tower), came in for landing. Cut a lear jet off on a 2 mi final. Problem arose from thinking I received green light from tower and had received no light. Emergency situation with electrical failure and gear collapsed.

Title: C310 PLT HAS COMPLETE ELECTRICAL FAILURE. ON TOUCHDOWN AT CLW, THE R GEAR STARTS TO COLLAPSE, HE GOES AROUND AND DIVERTS TO PIE. THERE HE THINKS HE HAS THE TWR GREEN LIGHT AND CUTS OFF A LNDG LEAR JET. LNDG AT PIE HE PROBABLY HAD A GEAR COLLAPSE.
