Narrative:

Approach control cleared us for visual approach, during busy time at airport and in cockpit. We never received call to change to tower and landed using last clearance, without 'a cleared to land' from tower. Nothing was said to us when contacting ground control. We never switched to tower. We were still talking to approach on short final.
