Narrative:

Refueled in lru on flight from ads to psp. Accelerated to full power, 10 degree flap, rotated at 70 KTS approximately 2200 ft down runway. Gear pulled approximately 10-15 ft in air. Sank into ground at full power. In effect a gear up landing. Slight wind gusts. After incident aircraft contents weighed and actual weight was such that aircraft was 150 pounds over gross. I had previously removed the 2 rear seats and had estimated my weights. Clearly I should have weighed each of my passenger and each of the bags. I should not have pulled the gear up as early and not assumed my emergency gear system could protect me. The WX was clear, approximately 70 degrees with light gusts. I had been injured in a fall the evening before and had taken 2 tablets on arrival in las cruces. I had taken 2 tablets earlier that morning in dallas. I think the cause was my inattention to many signals and failing to compensate for them. 1) lulled into security by excellent WX ignoring slight gusts. 2) failing to climb fully out of ground effect prior to pulling gear up. 3) failure to cut power once I became aware that ground contact was imminent. 4) failing to actually weigh each passenger and luggage prior to departure earlier that day. 5) guessing about the amount of weight savings that removing the 2 rear seats would produce.

Title: SMA PLT UNKNOWINGLY PERFORMS AN OVERWT TKOF AT LAS CRUCES, NM. HE 'SUCKS' THE GEAR UP EARLY AND THE ACFT SETTLES BACK DOWN, AT FULL PWR, TO THE RWY. HE ADMITS TO NOT WEIGHING PAX OR BAGGAGE. PLT INJURY MEDICATION A POSSIBLE FACTOR.

Narrative: REFUELED IN LRU ON FLT FROM ADS TO PSP. ACCELERATED TO FULL PWR, 10 DEG FLAP, ROTATED AT 70 KTS APPROX 2200 FT DOWN RWY. GEAR PULLED APPROX 10-15 FT IN AIR. SANK INTO GND AT FULL PWR. IN EFFECT A GEAR UP LNDG. SLIGHT WIND GUSTS. AFTER INCIDENT ACFT CONTENTS WEIGHED AND ACTUAL WT WAS SUCH THAT ACFT WAS 150 LBS OVER GROSS. I HAD PREVIOUSLY REMOVED THE 2 REAR SEATS AND HAD ESTIMATED MY WTS. CLRLY I SHOULD HAVE WEIGHED EACH OF MY PAX AND EACH OF THE BAGS. I HAD BEEN INJURED IN A FALL THE EVENING BEFORE AND HAD TAKEN 2 TABLETS ON ARR IN LAS CRUCES. 2) FAILING TO CLB FULLY OUT OF GND EFFECT PRIOR TO PULLING GEAR UP. 3) FAILURE TO CUT PWR ONCE I BECAME AWARE THAT GND CONTACT WAS IMMINENT. 4) FAILING TO ACTUALLY WEIGH EACH PAX AND LUGGAGE PRIOR TO DEP EARLIER THAT DAY. 5) GUESSING ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF WT SAVINGS THAT REMOVING THE 2 REAR SEATS WOULD PRODUCE.
