Narrative:
We were distracted by thunderstorm deviations and talking to dispatch about fuel. We failed to reset our altimeters at FL180. The error was caught when we leveled at 11000 ft and approach control questioned our altitude. We had 29.92 set while the current altimeter was 29.61.
