Narrative:

During descent into mia over heatt intersection at approximately 16000 ft, saw a small group of green returns on radar scattered with radar, 0-1 degree tilt. We were in and out of cloud cover. The #1 flight attendant had just made 2 PA's for passenger to be seated and I made a PA for flight attendants to be seated for next 5 mins. #4 flight attendant waited for passenger to come out of aft lavatory. Just as passenger emerged, we hit 2 short duration jolts (5 seconds). Passenger hit corner of lavatory wall behind right ear, right wrist, right elbow. #4 flight attendant caught herself, but not passenger. First officer heard all 3 PA's.
