Narrative:
Landed at strange airport after tower closed. Focused on taxi to unmarked tie-down area while avoiding crossing other possibly active runways, as other aircraft were in pattern after our landing. No ground personnel or line personnel were on duty. I became distraction and forgot to cancel IFR until approximately 45 mins after parking. Called tul ATC supervisor to apologize after canceling with FSS by phone.

Narrative: LANDED AT STRANGE ARPT AFTER TWR CLOSED. FOCUSED ON TAXI TO UNMARKED TIE-DOWN AREA WHILE AVOIDING XING OTHER POSSIBLY ACTIVE RWYS, AS OTHER ACFT WERE IN PATTERN AFTER OUR LNDG.
