I was first officer of a flight that was notified 3 days later that during a maintenance inspection aircraft logbooks were mixed and the aircraft in question was operated with the wrong logbook.

Title: AN ACR B727 FLC WAS NOTIFIED THAT THEY FLEW AN ACFT WITH THE WRONG LOGBOOK ON BOARD (SEE ACN 371250).
Narrative: I WAS FO OF A FLT THAT WAS NOTIFIED 3 DAYS LATER THAT DURING A MAINT INSPECTION ACFT LOGBOOKS WERE MIXED AND THE ACFT IN QUESTION WAS OPERATED WITH THE WRONG LOGBOOK.
