Narrative:
While leveling at FL330, ZAB told us to turn left to heading 060 degrees to avoid restr airspace. Our vors (both) showed on centerline. I advised abq of this and he indicated that we were 3 mi right of course. I have no idea as to how to correct this problem as both instruments agreed with our being on course. I entered a maintenance write-up regarding above in aircraft logbook.

Title: FLC OF AN MD80 WERE GIVEN VECTOR TO GET BACK ON COURSE AFTER ATC INTERVENED TO INFORM THEM THAT THEY WERE HEADING FOR A RESTR AREA AND 3 MI OFF COURSE. BOTH OF THEIR VOR INDICATORS WERE SHOWING ON COURSE.
