Narrative:
The radar tracking system (ARTS) failed in the ontario area of sct. The failure occurred at all position and lasted 5 mins. All computer data froze, no computer entries could be made. You couldn't make or take a handoff.

Title: A RADAR FAILURE AT ALL POS FROZE COMPUTER DATA AND PREVENTED THE CTLRS FROM MAKING HDOFS TO ADJACENT FACILITIES.
Narrative: THE RADAR TRACKING SYS (ARTS) FAILED IN THE ONTARIO AREA OF SCT. THE FAILURE OCCURRED AT ALL POS AND LASTED 5 MINS. ALL COMPUTER DATA FROZE, NO COMPUTER ENTRIES COULD BE MADE. YOU COULDN'T MAKE OR TAKE A HDOF.
