Narrative:
We taxied for departure from our base at yip. We were told to taxi to the active runway with a restr to hold short of a crossing runway. We failed to hold short and crossed the runway we were told to hold short of. 2 factors contributed to this incident. Our extensive familiarity with the airport lead to a complacency in not expecting to hold short of a runway that is used seldomly. Additionally, my high workload may have been a factor, caused in part by a new first officer with less than 20 hours since the check ride.
