Narrative:

While vectoring air carrier Z for traffic, accidentally used air carrier X's call sign 25 mi north ave direct pmd and answered with correct call sign. Unfortunately, air carrier Y was northbound at FL310. I noticed air carrier X climbing, then turned, then left 070 degrees, maintain present altitude. Also turned air carrier Y left 250 degrees. Air carrier Y responded he already saw company and turned.
