Narrative:

On the preflight of the aircraft and receiving of clrncs my copilot who was the PF overlooked the NOTAM on the ATIS about a taxiway being closed. Upon our taxi clearance we were clear to taxi to runway 1. Holding short of runway 1 waiting for our clearance admendment the aircraft sunk into the pavement. With this the hot tar stuck to the tires and on our takeoff roll the tar caused vibrations which caused us to abort.
