Checklists were followed and #3 generator was restored. Climbing through FL190, #3 engine fire light illuminated with fire bell. Immediate action items were accomplished, engine was shut down pursuant to appropriate checklists. The engine fire warning light remained on. An emergency was declared, all appropriate checklists were executed. Passenger and company informed, fuel was dumped upon ATC approval, diverted to nearest suitable airport (jfk). Landed without incident, had emergency equipment standing by. Inspection of #3 engine made by ground emergency equipment with no apparent fire. Taxied safely to company gate, passenger deplaned.
