Narrative:

We were level at FL290 and at approximately 60 NM northwest of msn VOR, we were given clearance by ZMP to cross 20 mi northwest of msn at FL240. We forgot about the crossing restr while talking and eating breakfast. At 19 DME northwest of msn, we initiated a rapid descent to FL240 and advised ZMP that we were descending to FL240.
