Narrative:
Air carrier flight bos-slc. Multiple approach vectors to avoid several rapidly developing thunderstorms, runway change from runway 16L to runway 34L. Cleared for a visual approach runway 34L. Requested ILS when cloud obscured runway. Go around initiated near OM when severe turbulence encountered. Aircraft ahead reported same upon landing. EICAS message 'C flight control hydraulic' illuminated during go around. Cleared to hold at ffu. Maintenance and dispatcher contacted and advised that we planned to divert to our altitude (boi) because of fuel state. During descent to boi, thunderstorms drifted over runway causing an air carrier ahead to go around. We declared minimum fuel (6500 pounds) and requested clearance to twf (twin falls, off line airport). Cleared direct and landed with 4200 pounds.

Title: FLC OF B757 ON APCH ENCOUNTERS TSTMS OVER RWY AND MAKES MISSED APCH. THEY HAVE FLT CTL HYD LIGHT ILLUMINATE AND HAVE LOW FUEL CONDITION. WHEN PLACED IN HOLD THEY DIVERT TO ALTERNATE. AT ALTERNATE THEY ALSO ENCOUNTER TSTMS AND DIVERT TO OFF LINE ARPT.
Narrative: ACR FLT BOS-SLC. MULTIPLE APCH VECTORS TO AVOID SEVERAL RAPIDLY DEVELOPING TSTMS, RWY CHANGE FROM RWY 16L TO RWY 34L. CLRED FOR A VISUAL APCH RWY 34L. REQUESTED ILS WHEN CLOUD OBSCURED RWY. GAR INITIATED NEAR OM WHEN SEVERE TURB ENCOUNTERED. ACFT AHEAD RPTED SAME UPON LNDG. EICAS MESSAGE 'C FLT CTL HYD' ILLUMINATED DURING GAR. CLRED TO HOLD AT FFU. MAINT AND DISPATCHER CONTACTED AND ADVISED THAT WE PLANNED TO DIVERT TO OUR ALT (BOI) BECAUSE OF FUEL STATE. DURING DSCNT TO BOI, TSTMS DRIFTED OVER RWY CAUSING AN ACR AHEAD TO GAR. WE DECLARED MINIMUM FUEL (6500 LBS) AND REQUESTED CLRNC TO TWF (TWIN FALLS, OFF LINE ARPT). CLRED DIRECT AND LANDED WITH 4200 LBS.
