Shift X supervisor did not follow company policy. Department didn't provide proper training and qualifications to perform various non destructive testing inspections signoff in timely manner. Supervisor 1) refuse to provide classroom training for my qualifications in his shift. 2) still waiting for classroom training on fluorescent penetrant inspection.

Narrative: SHIFT X SUPVR DID NOT FOLLOW COMPANY POLICY. DEPT DIDN'T PROVIDE PROPER TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS TO PERFORM VARIOUS NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING INSPECTIONS SIGNOFF IN TIMELY MANNER.
