Narrative:
I was told by my immediate supervisor to sign off my OJT in eddy current without a trainer present. He stated that he had gotten clearance from the local FAA office to do so. All inspectors were coerced into this situation by use of various threats. This is in violation of the gpm 1-05 and 0-01; 111. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the supervisor has ordered the inspectors to sign off on the job training records without having the non destructive testing instructor present for the actual training. The supervisor reportedly has ordered inspectors to comply with a threat of dismissal for those inspectors not signing off for on the job training. The reporter indicated that this a violation of the company's own general procedures manual and certainitly the federal aviation regulations.
