Captain made a quick decision to take off from an intersection we were passing. He asked that I quickly look up the takeoff data. In my haste, I misread the chart. We have no data for the intersection we took off from.

Narrative: CAPT MADE A QUICK DECISION TO TAKE OFF FROM AN INTXN WE WERE PASSING. HE ASKED THAT I QUICKLY LOOK UP THE TKOF DATA. IN MY HASTE, I MISREAD THE CHART. WE HAVE NO DATA FOR THE INTXN WE TOOK OFF FROM.
