While landing on runway 31 at lse, student landed normally (no wind) but gndlooped 7EC aircraft at approximately 40 mph. Damaged left wing, no injuries to instructor (reporter) or student. A private pilot with a total of approximately 248 total hours with 139 hours tail dragger.
