Narrative:
Landed in mem on runway 36L. Anti-skid had been MEL'ed inoperative. At touchdown or just after, both right tires blew. Emergency equipment dispatched. Situation controled and passenger had to deplane via aft airstairs and bussed to terminal. Maintenance would ultimately tow aircraft go gate.

Title: A COMMERCIAL FIXED WING LGT ON LNDG BLEW BOTH R MAIN LNDG GEAR TIRES. BRAKE ANTI-SKID SYS WAS DEFERRED AS INOP.
Narrative: LANDED IN MEM ON RWY 36L. ANTI-SKID HAD BEEN MEL'ED INOP. AT TOUCHDOWN OR JUST AFTER, BOTH R TIRES BLEW. EMER EQUIP DISPATCHED. SIT CTLED AND PAX HAD TO DEPLANE VIA AFT AIRSTAIRS AND BUSSED TO TERMINAL. MAINT WOULD ULTIMATELY TOW ACFT GO GATE.
