Narrative:
Passenger complained of severe pain. He had broken ribs that were healed but apparently broke again when he bent over in the aisle to pick up a plastic cup causing him severe chest pain and difficult breathing. Oxygen was administered. We paged for a doctor and 3 passenger responded to assist. 2 flight attendants assisted the passenger with oxygen while doctors attended passenger. Took blood pressure, etc, and discussed with purser that a landing would be necessary so the passenger could be taken to the hospital. We then landed in moncton and paramedics transported the passenger to the hospital.
