Narrative:
En route yyz-ord at FL280 30 mi southwest fnt VOR, #1 flight attendant reported passenger in xx was having chest pains. Very weak and pale. Passenger was on oxygen and wife gave him a nitroglycerin pill. Declared medical emergency with ATC and receive direct ord. Informed dispatch of condition and coordinated for paramedic to meet and board the flight in ord. On approach to ord runway 27R, flight attendant reported that the passenger was a registered nurse to assist. Landed ord and paramedics took passenger from aircraft.
