Narrative:
Passenger was found unconscious but breathing, leaning over on her seat. Another flight attendant and myself lowered her to the floor and she began to regain consciousness. We paged a doctor. The doctor wanted the passenger tested for tb. Follow-up conversations with the company revealed that the ill passenger tested negative for tb. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter states that 2 doctors responded to the page and examined sick passenger. One doctor suspected tb because the passenger was traveling from haiti. The passenger was clammy, sweaty and unconscious when cabin attendants found her. Passenger was traveling with her daughter and granddaughter and estimated to be approximately 60 yrs old. The flight crew had paramedics meet aircraft and took passenger to the hospital where she was tested for tb. Negative results were reported to the crew involved by the end of their return leg to mia.
