Title: ARTCC RADAR CTLR TURNED A KC10 TO A 270 DEG HDG TO AVOID AN ACR CL65 IN THE HOLDING PATTERN AT OTT. MIL PLT QUESTIONED THE TURN BEFORE EXECUTING IT AND LTSS OCCURRED.
Narrative: MIL KC10 WAS TURNED R TO A HDG OF 270 DEGS TO AVOID CONFLICT. HE READ BACK HDG, BUT THEN CAME BACK 40 SECONDS LATER AND QUESTIONED THE HDG.
