Narrative:
After takeoff from fxe, departure gave us a heading to intercept the thndr transition. After we started to turn, ATC advised that we were not proceeding to thndr and gave us a turn back to the west. When we rechked our FMS, we discovered we had the FMS set for the arkes transition in error.

Title: A CPR LR55 FLC PROGRAMMED THE WRONG DEP SID IN THE FMC AND WHEN TOLD TO INTERCEPT THE TRANSITION THEY TURNED TOWARD THE WRONG FIX.
Narrative: AFTER TKOF FROM FXE, DEP GAVE US A HDG TO INTERCEPT THE THNDR TRANSITION. AFTER WE STARTED TO TURN, ATC ADVISED THAT WE WERE NOT PROCEEDING TO THNDR AND GAVE US A TURN BACK TO THE W. WHEN WE RECHKED OUR FMS, WE DISCOVERED WE HAD THE FMS SET FOR THE ARKES TRANSITION IN ERROR.
