Narrative:
During preflight we were continually interrupted during our checklist (agents, fueler, flight attendants, etc) so that we didn't program the new logan 3 departure. When we took off on runway 27 we didn't feel rushed, but we were busy. As we took the runway, we realized our mistake and elected to fly it manually. We missed the turn to 235 degrees at 2.2 DME and flew approximately 1.5 mi past before turning. It was a clear VFR day and we thought no problem. Even on good days we need to take a step back sometimes and double check for changes.
