Narrative:
After making approach to target, I was climbing in order to find a place to land. A light wind pushed me into a balloon already landed. I made contact and tore the balloon. If the wind had not pushed me into the balloon no contact would have been made.

Title: ONE BALLOONIST, WHILE MAKING A CLBOUT ATTEMPT STRIKES ANOTHER WITH HIS BASKET AS THE WIND FORCES HIS CRAFT INTO THE OTHER'S FABRIC.
Narrative: AFTER MAKING APCH TO TARGET, I WAS CLBING IN ORDER TO FIND A PLACE TO LAND. A LIGHT WIND PUSHED ME INTO A BALLOON ALREADY LANDED. I MADE CONTACT AND TORE THE BALLOON. IF THE WIND HAD NOT PUSHED ME INTO THE BALLOON NO CONTACT WOULD HAVE BEEN MADE.
