Narrative:
Dca-cle. Departing runway 36 at dca standard noise abatement procedure. First fix was buffr intersection. Sops call for initial climb out the dca 328 degree radial via dca 343 degree radial to 2.5 DME then 310 degree heading to intercept the 328 degree radial of dca. Departed dca in VOR/localizer display mode and immediately called left turn up potomac river. I never noticed a deviation east of the 328 degree radial of dca. We were given many vectors by departure control. I was later notified that we had entered P-56 airspace.
