Title: PVT PLT OF A PIPER PA28, ARCHER LANDED ON A CLOSED ARPT RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO THE ACFT WHEN A STEEL CONSTRUCTION ROD PUNCTURED THE BOTTOM OF THE L WING UPON LNDG. RPTR HAD NOT CHKED NOTAMS BEFORE LNDG.
