Narrative:
Cleared for takeoff by cvg tower. As we started the roll, we noticed an air carrier X brasilia approaching our runway from left to right on a perpendicular taxiway. The brasilia did not appear to slow to a stop to hold short of our runway, and when it did not stop the captain aborted the takeoff at approximately 50 KTS. Tower told us the brasilia was not authority/authorized to cross.
