Narrative:
Heading 200 degrees after takeoff from runway 21C dtw at 1100 ft we received a TCASII RA 'climb, climb, climb.' the TCASII radar showed a target 200 ft directly below us. Looking out my left side window, I saw a grumman gulfstream jet moving away from our aircraft to the left. His altitude appeared to be 200-300 ft below us. I asked the tower about the traffic. We were switched to departure control at that time. The gulfstream, had to my knowledge, taken off from runway 21R. We did not see the grumman prior to the TCASII RA.

Narrative: HDG 200 DEGS AFTER TKOF FROM RWY 21C DTW AT 1100 FT WE RECEIVED A TCASII RA 'CLB, CLB, CLB.' THE TCASII RADAR SHOWED A TARGET 200 FT DIRECTLY BELOW US. LOOKING OUT MY L SIDE WINDOW, I SAW A GRUMMAN GULFSTREAM JET MOVING AWAY FROM OUR ACFT TO THE L. HIS ALT APPEARED TO BE 200-300 FT BELOW US. I ASKED THE TWR ABOUT THE TFC. WE WERE SWITCHED TO DEP CTL AT THAT TIME. THE GULFSTREAM, HAD TO MY KNOWLEDGE, TAKEN OFF FROM RWY 21R. WE DID NOT SEE THE GRUMMAN PRIOR TO THE TCASII RA.
