Narrative:
I was flying the holi 8 arrival to mem. I failed to make the final heading to 355 degrees at 8 mi. The controller gave us a north heading and descent to 3000 ft. Approach controller asked if we could make runway 18L with a base turn at 4 DME. I accepted the turn. We were at 30 degree bank turn and overshot the localizer runway 18L. I failed to maintain 3000 ft while attempting to make the visual to runway 18L. We had visual contact with the aircraft on runway 18R, but I believe vertical separation was too close. Fatigue was the main factor. A constant schedule of night departures to an early morning departure with 1 day rest between trips finally resulted in an unsafe approach. CRM and standardization can only provide a safe operation if crews are adequately rested. Supplemental information from acn 405826: lack of visual reference to the airport until descending below the clouds and the sense of urgency to turn may have contributed.

FLC OVERSHOOT FINAL, DSND BELOW ASSIGNED ALT AND ARE POSITIONED CLOSE TO ACFT ON PARALLEL RWY ON APCH. FLC CORRECT POSITIONING AND LAND. CAPT ATTRIBUTES FATIGUE AND POOR CRM.
